He is Risen! He lives! Hallelujah!!

                   Celebrate JESUS! Celebrate His Resurrection!

Jesus - Name above all names. (Philippians 2:9) the name given by an angel (Matthew 1:21) - ‘For He will SAVE His people from their sins.’  This mission was accomplished over two thousand years ago, at Gethsemane, on the Cross of Calvary when Jesus declared ‘It is finished!’ and gave up the ghost. (Luke 23:46)

By His Resurrection on the 3rd day, ( Luke 24: 6-7) Christ demonstrated Victory over sin, the devil, and death, and wrought redemption for all that are called by His name. Hallelujah! Praise God.

We declare it again and again that SALVATION is for all. It is a ‘blank cheque’ that Jesus left for all mankind. Yours is included. Sign and claim what is rightfully yours. Do not allow the deceit from anyone or yourself cause you to miss out, or lose this Divine Provision for man’s reconciliation to God, and passport to heaven

Therefore, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and Thou shall be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16: 31).

Prayer: Heavenly Father, You are wonderful and excellent in your love for mankind and for me. I come back to You. Thank You for the work of mercy through the sacrifice of Your Son Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary. Lord Jesus, I pray You to come into my heart and life. Forgive my sins, and deliver me from evil. Wash me with Your precious blood. Make me Yours, and abide with me always… Amen.

HAPPY EASTER!

Chorus:
 Jesus, Name above all names
Beautiful Saviour, Glorious Lord
Emmanuel, God is with us
Blessed Redeemer, Living Word.

The Role of Faith in Society

I have been motivated to submit this article due to the attempt recently made by the media to discover the role Faith can play in the society.

Faith is the complete trust and confidence in a power or authority. It is impossible to have faith in whom or what you do not know or believe in.

Faith is the ‘substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen’. (Hebrew 11:1)
For Christians, Faith is the belief in one God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), who is the creator of the universe, including man.
Faith is based on the fundamental teachings, understanding and belief of the Bible, which is God’s Word.

Faith believes in the ability of God to control the world, guide and direct lives and affairs of individuals and nations, according to His own will (Isaiah 46: 9 – 10).

The Bible instructs us to pray to God always (1 Thessalonians 5:7).
And also to call upon God in times of trouble, and He will answer and guide. (Jeremiah 33:3).

Only God knows how to put things right. The society has deviated from God’s given principles of life. Only the Potter knows how to re-mould his handiwork. ‘O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? Saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay [is] in the potter's hand, so [are] ye in mine hand, O house of Israel’. (Jeremiah 18:6).
Without a belief, there can be no faith.
The truly transforming faith is the faith in the Almighty God.

With the above understanding, everyone, and especially, every believer in the society should commit everything to God, trusting  in God and not in man.
When the society worships and trusts God, they’ll discover that God can use, and work through any body He chooses to do his work in the society (Proverbs 3: 5 – 7). God is our refuge (hope) and strength...(Psalm 46:1).
